Introduction - What is it like being a Cosplayer?

My name is Twee, and it's pretty fun to cosplay. To be able to bring your favorite characters to life is awesome, but when people ask you for pictures? Oh, boy. That's the best part. You know your cosplay is good when people ask to take pictures of you. It's so exhilarating. I love working on costumes and making something out of my own two hands. The feeling I get when I'm finished is the best.

What are your next goals?

I wanna cosplay someone from Watamote and possibly Jibril from No Game No Life

What does Cosplay mean to you?

It just means liking a character so much that you want to dress up as them and kind of walk in their shoes.

Who have been your biggest influences/role models/mentors?

I have none

Do you have any advice or suggestions for upcoming Cosplayers?

Cosplay a character you love, not one you look like. It's a much better feeling to cosplay as a character you know and love than to cosplay someone you merely look like.

What is the most negative experience you've dealt with while cosplaying, and how did you handle it?

I always procrastinate on working on my cosplay... but I stay focus and everything is good!
