Introduction - What is it like being a Cosplayer?

Cosplaying is fun. Recently started, as Dugtrio with friends. It's fun to experience and also see other cosplayers and just enjoy the photos being taken

What are your next goals?

Next year I am hoping I can create a Draven costume for serious cosplay.

What does Cosplay mean to you?

Cosplaying is a form of art and creativity. When creating your costume, you sit there with a computer and look at what you want to make and the supplies are sitting on the floor. You have your moments and doubts about the costume like "will this piece fit?" or "I wonder how many people will react to this." When people cosplay it's really amazing because you see costumes from videogames, anime, and fan-art. Some cosplayers see these events like a holiday where once in a year you get to dress up as anything you want. It really grows on you like a huggable tumor.

Who have been your biggest influences/role models/mentors?

Jessica Nigri and Lindsay Elyse were probably my two top favorites.

Do you have any advice or suggestions for upcoming Cosplayers?

Start small, don't think too ahead. Let the adhesive dry properly otherwise it will break apart. You can cut off, but you can't add on.

What is the most negative experience you've dealt with while cosplaying, and how did you handle it?

A lot of photographers and not as much resting time. If you are tired speak up, they will understand(they're not douchebags, they're photographers)

Any final remarks or shout-outs?
